Sale items:
Merchandise purchased ‘on sale’ or during any seasonal discount promotion is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer sale price adjustments.

Regularly priced items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of goods. Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tagging, and in perfect condition. 

If you wish to make an exchange, please place a new order online and return your original item/s separately.

Items purchased with a gift card will receive store credit only. Once we receive your return, we will contact you via email to confirm that your refund has been processed towards the credit card used in your transaction. This generally takes one to two business days.
Shipping fees, both domestic and international, are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

DIY / Pre-cut Fabric Cannot be Returned

Gift Returns: Items received as gift may be returned for store credit only. The giftee is responsible for return shipping fees. Items purchased with store credit cannot be returned or exchanged.

Holiday Returns: Full price merchandise purchased between December 1 and December 24, 2021 can be returned for a refund if the items are received back to Shop Fog Linen by January 10, 2022. If you are returning a gift, it must be received back to Shop Fog Linen by January 10, 2022 and you will be issued a store credit. Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tagging, and in perfect condition. We will reject all items not meeting this criteria.

Special Orders are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. It is advised that you send your return via a trackable service. Shop Fog Linen will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

Damaged items:
If the product you received has a defect, please contact us within 10 days for replacement, and/or refund at our option. Any defective items purchased from other Fog Linen Work retailers need to be returned to those retailers. Shop Fog Linen reserves the right to determine what is normal wear and tear and what is a defective product.
