Shop Fog Linen uses US Post for domestic and international delivery. We generally ship within two business days from the time your order is received. If it is necessary for your package to be signed for, it is your responsibilty to inform us prior to shipping.
Please make sure to indicate in the "special instructions" area if you need your package quicker than standard ground shipping (domestic) or first class mail international (international). We will invoice you separately for this.
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Shop Fog Linen is unable to re-route packages.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation via PayPal outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
Note to international customers: It is possible that tax, customs, and import duties may be levied by your local government. All additional taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt for store credit or exchange only. Returned items must be unused/unworn and in perfect condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Shop Fog Linen, or if an item was faulty or damaged, customers will be reimbursed for return shipping charges. Please return your goods to:
