The Zara dress has a round collar with a hidden corozo button placket at the front, and pleats at the waist that give the skirt a bit of volume. There's a removable contrasting tie so you can wear the waist cinched in or remove for a more relaxed fit.  Short capped sleeves and on-seam pockets. In a lighter weight linen.
